- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The facility is a little outdated. They had a beautiful Christmas tree decorated in blue and white. I went with my son to get a copy of a police report, which ended up being a media report, not what I needed. He had fun playing on the phones while we waited. He got into a little trouble when he kept picking up the dispatch phone. A lady opened the blinds behind the window and rudely said "Can I help you?"...I had to apologize for my son's playfulness (he loves phones). The police in Rowlett make me feel safe to live in Rowlett, they certainly helped a lot after the 2015 tornado. Thank you for your service!By Lindsay Diaz, October 26, 2016
